Jonathan Martin is an American political journalist working as a national political commentator for the New York Times. He is also an author and has been involved in writing the 2012 book, The End of the Line: Romney vs. Obama: The 34 Days That Decided the Elections. Formerly, he worked as the senior political writer for Politico from 2007 when it was incepted.
Additionally, he started covering politics for the National Journal’s political publications and The Hotline. Afterward, he reported on party politics and the midterm elections for National Review magazine in 2006. The New Republic, National Journal, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post are some of the places where his work has been published. He has appeared on various radio and TV stations including CNN, ABC, MSNBC, NPR, and CBS where he served as a political analyst and commentator.
