An up-and-coming Nollywood actress, Ariyo Oluwakemisola Apesin, who goes by the name Kemity, has expressed her excitement as she finally meets the actress who has broken box office records, Funke Akindele.
Kemity shared a video on her Instagram page capturing the moment she met Funke Akindele at the premiere of Femi Adebayo’s Jagun Jagun on Netflix.
The Yoruba actress screamed with joy when Funke Akindele mentioned some lines from her comedy series. She emphasized that meeting her mentor has elevated her fame in the world.

It appears that Nollywood actress Funke Akindele has broken her own rule of not attending events that involve Yoruba Nollywood stars.
There have been rumors alleging that the actress, known for breaking box office records, deliberately avoids the Yoruba movie industry and therefore avoids any gatherings involving them.
