David Page Obituary, Death – David James Page, who resided in Indianapolis and was 82 years old at the time of his passing, died away this past Sunday, December 3, 2023. He was surrounded by his loving wife, children, and grandchildren at the time of his passing. David, who was born on February 16, 1941, spent his infancy at Fountain Square.
He was a member of the Holy Rosary parish, which is situated in close proximity to the central business district of Indianapolis for his entire life. Marie Pittman-Oeschle and Antoinette Dullaghan (Richard) are the two sisters that he leaves behind after his passing. Paul Page and Mary Page had a total of five children, and he was one of them. They are the only people who will remember him, and they are his sisters.
David lived his entire life in the community that he cherished. He never left that neighbourhood. A considerable number of his cousins, as well as other relatives and associates of the family, were among the students who attended Holy Rosary school with him. Greer Park was his favourite spot to play baseball, and he had a great deal of regard for the hard-working women in the community to whom he owed a great deal of gratitude for their assistance in his development.
Rosemary, David’s wife, was brought up on the opposite side of the street for the majority of her childhood. She remembers him waiting outside the school for her every morning when she was in high school, and memories of him fill her heart with a great deal of affection. The year 1959 marked the year that David and Rosemary married the knot, and they have been together for a total of 64 years as a happy couple.
At a young age, David was able to understand the necessity of putting in a lot of physically demanding work. David started working at the Indianapolis City Market location when he was just six years old. He has been there throughout his entire life. There was no doubt in anyone’s mind that he would in the future become a successful and ecstatic businessman.
A number of businesses, including Page’s Deli, David’s Fine Foods, La Scala Restaurant, White House, Shindig, Don’t Ask, Marion County Jail Commissary Catering, Primo Catering & Event Centre, and Café Nonna gelato shop, were among those that he owned and operated within his business empire. His business ambitions included working in a variety of establishments, including restaurants, pubs, and event centres. He had a strong interest in the hospitality industry and worked in these establishments. There were a number of additional businesses that were attempted in addition to these, including Feature Film, Manumark Bird Feed, Tan & Tone Express, and a number of condominium developments in Naples, Florida.
